How it works

People and agents, working together.

GlobalContext is built for teams and growing businesses: agents work alongside people, complementing the needed roles and functions, in one shared place, with the same context.

  1. Bring what you have.Upload documents, emails and chats as they are, or connect your tools via MCP.
  2. Describe how you work.A short conversation, and GlobalContext sets up your agents and your business knowledge.
  3. Work together.Agents keep your processes running: they coordinate, track, update and maintain. People decide and approve.
Without GlobalContext
  • ×Much of the work stays manual and never reaches your systems: nobody has time to enter and maintain it
  • ×Agents are bolted on from the side: nobody knows which agent does what, they overlap, and there is no audit trail
  • ×Gaps get patched with random micro-automations, and the process as a whole still doesn’t work
With GlobalContext
  • ✓Work lands in the system as it happens, because agents enter and maintain it
  • ✓Every agent has a clear role and works inside your context, and every action is logged
  • ✓One process, end to end, with agents covering the steps people have no time for, instead of a patchwork of fixes

Features

What agents can do, and the workspace they do it in.

Chat-first Approach

Unlike traditional apps built around screens and data views, GlobalContext runs many of your complex and everyday activities through chat. No overly complicated interfaces to learn, no one-size-fits-all to adapt to.

GC Agents

Agents enable various roles and functions for your team at any level of granularity. Built on included tools and preconfigured agent archetypes, they automate business processes of any complexity.

Setup in Conversation

Describe how your business runs. GlobalContext arranges the data, captures the knowledge and business context, sets up the agents, and adjusts them as you go.

Agent Archetypes

Preconfigured building blocks for data management, coordination, approvals, documents and more. The GC Setup Agent guides you in combining them into more complex and versatile roles.

Up-to-Date Context

A brief for each project or domain, such as finance or sales, keeps the context agents need up to date. Agents work from their instructions, the brief and your request.

Agent Direct Messages

Set any agent to message people on an event or a schedule. You don’t have to chase for status or ask what needs attention: agents reach out when it matters.

Inbox

Connected mailboxes where every email becomes AI-readable on arrival, so agents can read, classify and reply.

Documents

Every file is indexed and searchable by meaning, across PDFs, Word files, spreadsheets and images.

Mindmaps & Tasks

Plan visually in mindmaps and turn nodes into tasks. Assign work to people or agents and track it in one shared view.

Follow-ups

Set plain-language follow-ups on emails, deals or tickets, and get reminded when it matters.

Lists

Structured records with fields, relations, rules and approval thresholds, defined in conversation.

Spaces

Each business function gets its own data, agents and context. Start with Sales, Support or Finance, or build your own.

Semantic Search

Find emails, tasks, documents and records by meaning, in any language or a mix.

MCP Integration

Connect your tools to GC, and GC to Claude and other MCP-compatible clients.

Challenge

Project files sat in cloud storage, scattered across folders and copies. Only one person knew what was where, so finding a drawing, answering a client or setting priorities took too long.

Solution
  • All project files moved into GlobalContext, scans and drawings included
  • The team’s own folder structure kept as is
  • A brief for each project: what is where, and the customer’s own terms
  • New files arrive by email or upload and land in the right folder

Project Management and Coordination

Every task tied to its contract.

CustomerInternational R&D and manufacturing · small business
Challenge

A multi-party R&D contract with staged deliverables. Deadlines, acceptance rules and who owes what were spread across contracts, specs and email threads, and tracked in one person’s head.

Solution
  • Deliverables, deadlines and acceptance rules pulled from the contracts and specs, each linked to its source
  • The plan drawn as a mindmap, its nodes turned into tasks with owners and the documents each needs
  • A coordinator agent tracks status, reminds the team and proposes next steps for approval
  • Status reports and a week-by-week plan on request

Finance and Purchasing

Every purchase, traced end to end.

CustomerInternational R&D and manufacturing · small business
Challenge

Purchases went through many suppliers, marketplace sellers and an intermediary, with two delivery legs and invoices in different currencies. Matching what was ordered, paid, invoiced and delivered meant digging through email and spreadsheets.

Solution
  • Suppliers, contractors, orders, items and invoices as linked lists, set up in conversation
  • Every order traced: ordered, paid, invoiced, paid by the customer, with the files attached
  • Every item allocated to the project it was bought for, so project costs add up on their own
  • Entries made by talking to the agent, confirmed before saving; a weekly digest of what is open

Website Agent: Leads and Support

Visitors answered, leads captured.

CustomerB2B technology company · small business
Challenge

Website visitors asked the same product questions, and inquiries arrived as free-text emails that someone had to read, sort and follow up. Customers waited for answers that were already in the documentation.

Solution
  • An agent on the website answers from product pages, documents and FAQs
  • Qualified inquiries become records in a Leads list, and the owner gets a task
  • Customers get support answers from the knowledge base; anything else goes to an engineer as a task
  • A second agent keeps the knowledge base current from answered questions

Product Catalog Provisioning

Offer changes, planned and checked.

CustomerTelecom operator · enterprise
Challenge

Turning a marketing description into a live offer took about 11 days. Catalog know-how was spread across vendor documentation, internal wikis and a few experts, and the vendor’s product-management service had been cut back.

Solution
  • The whole knowledge base in one place: vendor documentation, runbooks, processes and glossary
  • An expert agent answers configuration and troubleshooting questions, in English and Spanish
  • Gaps go to a named expert as a task; staff clarifications are logged until confirmed
  • Load catalog extracts, and the agent tells you which workbooks and fields to change

Split it into two workstreams in the same change request:
  1. Mobile plans: use runbook: new-mobile-plan. Known open issue: relative dates.
  2. Phones: use runbook: new-handset. Open issues: who loads sales channels, empty vs null values.
  3. File set: Price, Product sheet, Mobile offer, Ordering categories. Device price goes in a separate workbook.
  4. Before editing, confirm the extract number, request IDs and sale date.
  5. Don’t deliver until the checks pass: there is no rollback once the package is released.

Support & guidance

Good questions.

What is GlobalContext and how does it work?+

GlobalContext is a workspace where your team and AI agents work from the same documents, email and records. It reads everything you bring as it is, scans and images inside files included, and links it, so people and agents find answers by meaning. You pick agents from ready-made business roles, such as an expert, a coordinator or a customer rep, and tune them in a short conversation. They help when you ask in chat, and act on their own on new emails, tasks or a schedule.

What can I set up with it?+

Sales, Support, Finance and Product to start with, and almost any business activity beyond them: client projects, procurement, contracts, hiring, bookings, reporting. See Solutions above for examples, or tell us what you need.

What can GlobalContext read?+

Documents, spreadsheets and presentations (PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), plain text, and images, including scans and pictures inside PDFs, which are read as text. Connected mailboxes add every email and attachment as it arrives. Everything is linked and searchable by meaning, in any language or a mix. Files GlobalContext can’t read yet, such as CAD drawings, are kept and found by name.

Do I need technical skills?+

No. Everything is set up in conversation, in plain language. You describe how your business works; GlobalContext proposes the setup and adjusts it as you go.

How is it different from AI chatbots and no-code agent builders?+

A chatbot starts from whatever you paste into it, and an agent builder gives you a bot to script step by step. In GlobalContext, agents work inside your shared workspace: they understand your files and email with little guidance, each has a clear business role and follows your rules, and they update records and tasks so the whole team sees the result. Every action is logged, and approvals stay with your people.

Can agents act without my approval?+

Only where you allow it. Agents act with the access rights of the person they work for, never more. You decide which tools each agent has, and an agent can propose a change, a reminder or a message and wait for your confirmation before acting. Every agent action is logged: who triggered it, what changed and when.

Can I put an agent on my website?+

Yes. Embed a GlobalContext agent on your site to answer visitors from the documents you choose, capture inquiries as leads in a list and pass anything it can’t answer to your team as a task. It sees only what you give it, and the conversations stay in your workspace.

Where does my data live, and is it used to train AI models?+

Your documents, email and records stay in your GlobalContext organization, isolated from other customers, and are used only to give context to your own agents. They are never used to train public LLMs or shared with anyone. With private cloud or on-premises deployment, everything stays on your own infrastructure.

What AI models does GlobalContext use?+

GlobalContext runs on the latest OpenAI models. Turn on Advanced UI in your account settings to pick the model for each conversation, trading speed and cost for depth of reasoning, and to see what each answer cost. For private cloud and on-premises deployments, GlobalContext can be configured to run on your own AI models.

Do you offer setup and AI agent configuration services?+

Yes. Most teams set GlobalContext up themselves: describe what you need, and it sets up the lists, folders and agents in conversation. For complex processes, our team can analyze your workflows, structure your data and design advanced agents with you.

How does pricing work?+

Plans are priced per organization, not per seat, with unlimited users on every plan. Each paid plan includes a monthly pool of AI credits shared by your organization, and you can buy more when you need them.

Efficiency through intelligence.

Get early access to GlobalContext and start with a process from your own business.
